“ A classic spot in Denver! Staff is super kind. The space is huge so you won't have issues with finding a seat usually. Note that this review is about lunch. The sandwiches and salads are a classic. Super delicious and you can't go wrong with any of them. I really like the Banh Mi sandwich, Porchetta sandwich, and the caesar/brussel sprout salad. Then you have the classic Brider cookie. Touted as the best cookie in Denver/Colorado. The only reason why it's not 5 stars is because sometimes the order would take a while. I know there are a lot of factors for order time, but I would still highly recommend Brider to anyone in Denver! ”

Our waitress was sweet to provide my cousins dog with water and some chicken breast complimentary. They also provided my cousin with fresh ginger beer to go since she hadn't finish her drink. Clean dining area, pleasant and customary staff and good food. ”

“ Stopped in for happy hour on my recent trip to Denver. They offer happy hour M-F from 3-6pm and have various deals on food and drinks. I selected the falafel pita, Brussels sprouts, and a mule. They make their ginger beer in house so I was excited to try one of their mules. Everything was fresh. I really enjoyed the Brussel sprouts. They were well seasoned and crispy. I appreciated the fact that they weren't soaked in a sauce. Oh! If you check in, you get a free cookie!! Apparently they are well known for their cookies too. And I now see why. It's a chocolate and white chocolate chip cookie. My first time trying it and I can see why it's so popular. It's delicious! The vibe is very chill and they have indoor and covered outdoor seating. It's located in downtown Denver so I can imagine parking may become challenging. Otherwise, it's worth checking out! ”

“ Grabbed this to-go for dinner last night. Was hesitant because nothing on the menu was jumping out at me but I'm stoked I went with my gut and followed through. You order at the front and the employee was very friendly and patient with my indecision on what to order. The Nashville chicken sandwich was amazing. Probably the best I've had in Denver. Well balanced, slight spice, and it didn't fall apart! Will order again. The sweet potato salad was bright and refreshing - the dressing they use is fantastic. I'd might recommend adding protein to it to liven it up more. The fried rice was great too. Love the edition of the kimchi and the fried egg. Great side dish to add to an entree or sandwich. ”
